Dave founded our company and brings more than 35 years of hard work and expertise to Alliant National. Under his leadership we have partnered with 170 agents and are still growing strong. His vision has continuously improved our ability to serve our agents and their customers. Dave currently serves on theBoard of the Texas Title Insurance Guaranty Association and has also spent countless hours serving the title industry including as a past Chairman of the National Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO) and past President of the Texas Land Title Association.
Robert J. Grubb, Chief Executive Officer
Bob guides the overall direction of Alliant National, working to explore and seize opportunities that can make a positive impact on the underwriter, its agents, and our insured clients. Bob, a co-founder of Alliant National, is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years experience starting, growing and leading companies and is an active volunteer in his community.
R. Scott Hendrickson, Chief Financial Officer
Scott is also a co-founder of Alliant National and manages the accounting, finance, and treasury for the company, providing us with a expertise in corporate finance of mid-sized companies. His 26-year track record of financial management of complex corporate operations and entities makes him ideally suited to spearhead the expansion of Alliant National and ensure our financial stability in this highly regulated industry.
Phyllis J. Mulder, Senior Vice President & Texas General Counsel
Phyllis oversees all underwriting and claims management. As a member of the senior executive team she is integral in establishing policy and direction for Alliant National. She holds her Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law and has more than 25 years of solid industry experience. Active within the Texas Land Title Association, Phyllis is currently President-Elect and has served on many TLTA committees. She also enjoys teaching and is a frequent speaker at seminars.
David Sinclair, Chief Information Officer
manages technology initiatives and resources for the company,
leveraging his broad experience in mid-sized companies. With over 20
years of strategic technology management, consolidation, and
integration, David brings new vision to Alliant National as the company
continues to grow and integrate with its agents.
Kyle K. Rank, Esq., Chief Compliance Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including Chief Claims Counsel, General Counsel and part-owner and President in an independent title agency, Kyle oversees the Quality/Compliance functions. He helps drive and ensure quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement throughout the Company’s systems. He is also responsible for federal and state regulatory compliance and for managing the Company’s quality initiatives, including itsSSAE 16 and ISO certifications. Kyle served as Missouri State Agency Manager before assuming his responsibilities as Chief Compliance Officer.
Rodney Anderson, Senior Vice President & Texas State Agency Manager
Rodney is responsible for developing, marketing and managing Alliant National’s Texas Agency operations and working with Alliant National’s senior management in expanding the company’s agent partnership programs in Texas. He is a seasoned real estate and title insurance industry expert, bringing over twenty years’ experience of independent agency operations, and as an owner and partner in an independent agent and agency operation. Rodney has served as a Texas citizen legislator for the last two years as House Representative in the Texas Legislature. As Representative Rodney Anderson, he received the Texas Land Title Association’s Outstanding Freshman Legislator Award at the TLTA Convention in San Antonio.
Mary Ann Howard, Vice President & Agency Manager for Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico & West Texas Agency
Mary Ann is a seasoned and award-winning real estate and title insurance industry expert and heads up our West Texas and Colorado agency operations. With over 35 years of experience in education, marketing, sales and negotiations, she works with our independent title agents to grow the knowledge base of their staff and provides real estate professionals with approved continuing education programs. She has been involved with the New Mexico Land Title Association as Underwriter Director, Convention Chair, and Education Chair. Mary Ann is a Certified Real Estate Instructor through the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association.
Mark Szenas, Vice President & West Florida Agency Manager
Mark joined Alliant National after spending 25 years with a major underwriter where he successfully worked and consulted with over 300 independent agencies & attorneys throughout Florida and in The Bahamas. Today, Mark manages and develops relationships with key independent agencies and law firms along Florida’s west coast. As an industry expert, he provides our agents with daily solutions ranging from market intelligence, technology, underwriting, joint venture consulting and more.
Tim Tillman, Vice President & Tallahassee/Northwest Florida Agency Manager
Tim started in the title industry as a courier for a south Florida agent in 1987 and has worked his way through title/exam, Title Plant Manager, Agency Manager and Operations Manager for some of the top underwriters in the nation. Tim has worked from West Palm Beach to Pensacola and has built great relationships through honesty, hard work, reliability, responsiveness and just plain caring. Tim will bring that same work ethic to Alliant National to help bring a TRUE Agent’s underwriter to some of the best agents surrounding Tallahassee and Northwest Florida.
Janet Minke, Vice President & Underwriting Support
Janet is an extraordinary underwriting resource and develops and delivers education and training programs that enhance the knowledge base of Alliant National’s agents. She is a widely recognized title insurance industry expert with more than 40 years of experience. Janet’s received numerous honors from the Texas Land Title Association and has taught for them for many years.
Jeffry Stein, Esq., Vice President and Florida Counsel
Jeff manages legal issues throughout the country on behalf of Alliant National, and is also responsible for underwriting and our independent agent education programs in the Southeast. With over eighteen years experience working for major underwriters and in private practice, he brings a deep and rich understanding of not just the legal ramifications inherent to the title insurance industry, but of the critical elements necessary to ensure an Independent title insurance agent’s success.
Donna Slomins, Vice President
Donna has excelled in management and agency support for some of the largest underwriters in the title insurance business and we benefit from her more than 26 years of experience. She is a proven leader with an expertise for developing long lasting relationships with great agents of all types and sizes and currently oversees the expansion of Alliant National’s agency programs in Florida.
Margaret M. Cook, Esq., Vice President & Colorado Counsel
Margaret brings fifteen years experience in the Colorado title insurance industry and five years private law practice experience to Alliant National. While her primary responsibilities rest in Colorado, she has extensive claims experience throughout the United States, and will provide underwriting support and help Alliant National’s independent agents in Nevada and Arizona as well. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1990 and serves the industry in a variety of important capacities including Chair of the Colorado Division of Insurance’s Title Advisory Committee and active in the leadership of the Land Title Association of Colorado.
