Alliant National Title Insurance Company Hires Continuous Improvement Manager

Quality and project management expert Tom Weyant to monitor agent operations


LONGMONT, Colo., July 22  – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces the hiring of Tom Weyant as Continuous Improvement Manager.

Weyant brings with him to Alliant National more than 30 years of experience in quality control, internal auditing and project management. He spent most of his career with IBM, and then worked with Ball Corp. for five years before joining Alliant National this spring. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., prior to entering the workforce.

“Tom’s extensive knowledge and experience in quality, internal audit and project management makes him an excellent addition to our team” says Kyle K. Rank, Chief Compliance Officer.

In his new role, Weyant will work out of Alliant National’s Longmont headquarters. He will help lead the company’s efforts for continuous improvement and process development of quality assurance systems. He will teach and coach staff and agents how to better apply quality tools and methods, and also conduct internal process audits and manage the company’s action management process. In addition, Weyant will also lead the team responsible for Alliant National’s SSAE 16 assessments.
