David Sinclair

President & CEO

David Sinclair is president & CEO of Alliant National Title Insurance Company. He is charged with leading Alliant National’s executive team, charting the direction for the company’s business needs, and focusing on how Alliant National can help its independent agents expand and improve their business.

With more than 25 years of strategic technology and operational management experience, David leads and implements Alliant National’s corporate strategic plan, develops new capabilities to support the company’s expansion and oversees all technology systems, operations, quality assurance and risk management.

Skilled at managing enterprise-level operational and technical programs, David has extensive knowledge of and experience with mid-size financial service companies, as well as manufacturing, software and service-based businesses.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the State University of Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is a lecturer at the University of Colorado-Boulder’s (UC-Boulder) Center for Education and Social Responsibility within the Leeds School of Business, where he teaches the Socially Responsible Enterprise (SRE) course in the MBA core curriculum. In addition, David has an Authentic Leadership Certificate from Naropa University. He serves on the Technology Committee for the American Land Title Association (ALTA).

David resides in Boulder, Colorado and enjoys hiking, photography, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
