We are committed to helping minimize risk to lenders and consumers by appointing the finest independent agents in the industry.
To receive and display our Authorized Service Provider seal an agent must have complied with Alliant National’s SSAE-18 compliant Quality Assurance Program, including the following:
- A comprehensive, standards-based new agent approval process, including comprehensive escrow and trust accounting reviews. Once approved, we follow-up with a full on-site Quality Assurance Review (QAR).
- Alliant National’s rigorous, standards-based annual Quality Assurance Reviews. The QAR is an examination of business processes, internal controls and compliance, covering search, exam, escrow and closing, conducted by trained auditors with extensive experience examining the operations of title agencies.
- An annual agent review process, incorporating the QAR and covering twelve standards, to maintain an agent’s certification as an Authorized Service Provider.
