Alliant National Announces the Hiring of Robert Smith

Longmont, Colo. – (October 4, 2021) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Robert Smith as Assistant Vice President and State Agency Manager for Missouri and Kansas.

Smith is a collaborative, talented and accomplished title professional who strives to build mutually beneficial, long-term relationships. For nearly 20 years, he has been the owner and operator of a small title company in Richmond, Missouri, located outside of Kansas City. Having previously been an agent, he has an acute understanding of the obstacles agents face and the solutions that can help them achieve greater productivity.

At Alliant National, Smith will be responsible for assisting regional agents with streamlining and improving their business workflows, business planning and growth, and marketing and education. He will also actively pursue new agent relationships and meet with each active Alliant National agent within his first 90 days of employment.

Smith believes strongly in giving back and is highly active in his community. He is active in various community organizations, including the Richmond Masonic Lodge No. 57 AF & AM, and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a Paul Harris Fellow with the Rotary International, which provides funding to community projects.

Outside of the office, Smith spends time with family, and enjoys boating and supporting the Kansas City Chiefs.

Southwest Team Grows Stronger

Rae Jeanne is a deeply knowledgeable and talented professional with a long history in the field, having grown up helping manage her mother’s Texas real estate firm. After receiving her license in 1994, she led her own team within that firm, and for the past decade, she has been busy assisting her husband with their business and managing her real estate practice. 

We are thrilled to have her accept this position at Alliant National, where she will split her time between agency responsibilities and helping foster continuing education initiatives. We are confident Rae Jeanne will excel in this position for many years to come!

Rae Jeanne enjoys staying active outside of work. A self-described lake rat, she loves boating, cook-offs and spending time with her husband and two young adult children. She is involved with outreach and youth programs through her church, and she has worked with several committees at her local Chamber of Commerce in the past.

Celebrating Rayni Scott

Longmont, Colo. – (April 22, 2021) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Rayni Scott to the position of Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region and Vice President.

Rayni Scott is a highly skilled real estate and title insurance attorney with more than 20 years of experience. She is well-versed in real estate matters, title insurance underwriting and contracts. Rayni is a graduate of University of Mississippi and obtained her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Rayni’s past experiences will serve her well in her new role with Alliant National, where she will handle underwriting inquiries, draft bulletins, develop educational materials and conduct risk assessments.

“I’m excited to join the Alliant National team, particularly considering its focus on the independent agent!” says Rayni. “I’ve previously worked with many of the Alliant National team members, and I am grateful to be collaborating again with such an outstanding team of title professionals. I look forward to reconnecting with agents I’ve worked with in the past, as well as meeting and forging bonds with new agents.”

Celebrating Donna More!

Longmont, Colo. – (May 6, 2021) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the promotion of Donna More, Senior Underwriting Counsel, to the position of Vice President – Florida.

More is a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney who has been practicing law since 1985 and is licensed in the states of Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During her career, she has worked on the agency side of the industry, as well as in private practice.

More is certified in real estate by the Florida Bar, and is active in several committees in the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Law Section. She is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-accredited professional, having received the certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

In her new role with Alliant National, More will continue providing leadership within Alliant National’s Florida underwriting department and supporting the organization’s overall operations within the region.
