Karen Tucker brings more than 20 years of experience and knowledge to Alliant National. She was previously an AVP, Senior Sales Executive and top salesperson for a major underwriter, and an Office Manager for a large real estate firm. Her past experiences have enriched her understanding of processes and workflow, allowing her to assist agents in efficiently growing their business.

John Kotleba brings nearly 20 years of experience to Alliant National. His years in the title insurance industry will be essential in his new responsibilities at Alliant National, which will include identifying new law firms to partner with for their title insurance and business needs.

Margaret Cook has been practicing law for 29 years, with nearly 25 of those years in the title insurance industry. Before joining Alliant National, she worked in private practice. She also served as Chief Claims Counsel and as Regional Underwriting Counsel at other title insurance companies. She began her career at Alliant National in 2010, and she was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2015.
Margaret is a Past-President of the Land Title Association of Colorado and Past-Chair of the Colorado Title Advisory Council. She also actively serves on the Title Standards Committee for the Colorado Bar Association and on several American Land Title Association and Colorado Land Title Association committees.
Her years of experience in the title insurance industry will be invaluable in her work as EVP, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Alliant National. In her new role, Margaret is responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of the company and all legal aspects of the organization. Her purview includes overseeing underwriting, claims, compliance, regulatory and corporate matters, as well as supporting and developing Alliant National’s legal team.

Johnson accepts position as Assistant Vice President & State Agency Manager for Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah

Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience to Alliant National. In his past work, he was a State Agency Manager for the Southwest & Mid-West Region at Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund. Prior to that, he served as State Agency Manager for the Mountain West Region at North American Title Insurance Company. He began his career in September 1999 as a Vice President of Operations at Bell Title Company in Lansing, Mich.
His 20 plus years of experience in the title insurance industry will be very helpful in Johnson’s new responsibilities at Alliant National. Those duties include the service and management of existing agent base; growing the agency network; and consulting with agents to provide education, marketing, sales and strategic growth support. He will also represent Alliant National at industry events.

Alliant National announces the promotion of KC West to Senior Vice President and Southwest Region Manager effective immediately
Longmont, Colo – (July 23, 2020) – West assumes regional duties following the promotion earlier this year of Rodney Anderson to National Agency Manager. West will expand his current responsibilities in Texas and Oklahoma to include developing, marketing and managing Alliant National’s Southwest Region, which along with Texas and Oklahoma, includes, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico.
West is a 22-year title industry veteran having worked his way up through the ranks.
