Hardworking, customer-focused and highly motivated, Steven Blackwell is a title insurance professional with significant expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, lead generation and account management.

A state manager and vice president with over 25 years of experience, Steven is highly skilled at streamlining corporate operations and boosting productivity while promoting a positive and collaborative work culture. He currently serves as Alliant National’s Vice President and State Manager for Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Some of Steven’s responsibilities include helping agents and attorneys with their day-to-day operations, assisting abstractors and searchers with writing title reports and pre-commitment details, and examining residential and commercial property searches. He also has accounting duties that help ensure ongoing profitability. His favorite part of the job is interacting with his clients. He prides himself on being available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Steven is a member of the Southeastern Land Title Association (SLTA), the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and is a licensed title agent for Alabama. He received his degrees from Auburn University.

When not busy with professional responsibilities, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, friends and two dogs. He is an avid gardener and regularly attends networking events to meet new friends and expand his professional network. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
