Alliant National Announces the Launch of New E-Closing Integration

Integration streamlines the digital closing process, saving agents time and effort

Longmont, Colo. – (January 21, 2021) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the launch of a new policy jacket integration with software partner E-Closing.

The new integration is now live within the E-Closing title production system and available for agent use. Agents who write for Alliant National will be able to pull Alliant National policy jackets directly through the software platform.

Agents can already generate closing protection letters (CPLs) through E-Closing’s software . They will no longer need to navigate to the Alliant National website to generate either of these documents, providing a more convenient and time-efficient experience overall.

“This integration is a helpful tool that will streamline the work of the agents we partner with, improving their ability to quickly obtain the documents they need,” said Bryan Johnson, Director of Information Technology for Alliant National. “It represents another effort on the part of Alliant National to put supporting the independent agent at the heart of everything we do.”

Welcome Christy Hennesey, West Florida Agency Manager

Hennesey has had a long career in the title insurance industry, having worked with various underwriters for nearly 20 years. She got her start working on the production side of the business before transitioning to the role of agency manager. In this position, she gained extensive experience in adding new agents, as well as managing relationships with existing agents. “I’m excited to add my expertise in relationship building and growing an agent base to the Alliant National team,” says Hennesey. “I look forward to joining a company dedicated to the independent agent and helping ensure their ongoing success.”

Hennesey’s past professional experience will serve her well in her new role. She will be responsible for expanding Alliant National’s agent network in western Florida, in addition to supporting the development of current agents and increasing regional awareness of Alliant National’s brand.

Alliant National Announces the Hiring of Two New Assistant Vice Presidents and Southwest Agency Representatives

Longmont, Colo. – (September 29, 2020) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Eric Anderson, Assistant Vice President and Southwest Agency Representative, and Russell Gonzales, also Assistant Vice President and Southwest Agency Representative.

Anderson has enjoyed career success in the pharmaceutical industry. Specifically, his background includes more than 20 years in medical, pharmaceutical and vaccine sales. He has served as an analyst and has spent decades in field sales and marketing. “It is exciting to bring my sales background and management experience from another industry to Alliant National,” says Anderson. “I look forward to being part of Alliant National’s continued growth.”

Gonzales brings more than 28 years’ title insurance experience to Alliant National, serving in a variety of capacities, including as a title examiner for an independent agent in Fort Bend County, Texas, and as a policy services director, agency services manager and national commercial closing specialist for a national underwriter.

“This is an exciting opportunity to bring my experience in various aspects of title insurance to Alliant National,” says Gonzales. “The company culture is one of inclusivity and ‘agents first,’ which is part of my own professional credo.”

Both are charged with responsibilities that include: sourcing, targeting, and signing new, high-quality policy issuing agents for Alliant National. They will also serve as active members within the southwest agency staff and will participate and influence the development of Alliant National as a strong, national underwriter.

Gonzales is married with two children in college. He enjoys cooking and working out. Anderson enjoys birding, fishing and golfing. He is married with a college-age daughter and a son in high school.

Denver, Colo. – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the promotion of Steven Blackwell as Agency Manager for Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Steven has more than 25 years’ experience managing client relationships, training and customer service. His experience includes managing multiple responsibilities and priorities over three states. He is also a Licensed Title Agent of Alabama.

In his new position, he is responsible for daily operations in the Ala., Miss. and Tenn., Steven is the also the primary customer liaison for agents in the three states for agency operations, policy production and closing protection documents.

He provides regulatory compliance guidance, with continuing education, coordination, accreditation and reporting. Additionally, he is responsible for special projects such as organizing corporate sponsored functions including seminars, webinars and agent social functions.

“I look forward to taking on the new duties as Agency Manager for Alliant National for three states,” says Blackwell. “My experience in previous positions has shown me that the company continues to recognize talent and supports its employees throughout the company.”

Patrick Hagler Receives the October Research 2020 Philanthropy Award at NS3.

Denver, Colo. – (Sept. 2, 2020) Patrick Hagler, State Council-Georgia, Alliant National Title Insurance Co., has received the 2020 Philanthropy Award from October Research, LLC. The award was presented today at the 2020 National Settlement Services Summit (NS3).

The Philanthropy Award honors professionals in the title, underwriting, lending and settlement services industries for exemplary accomplishment in the area of philanthropy.

“It’s an honor to recognize Patrick Hagler for his philanthropic work outside of the office,” October Research CEO and Publisher Erica Meyer said. “We were impressed at his dedication in helping the homeless, specifically the youth, in his community.”

Currently, Hagler runs a non-profit called Loving Hands of Hope, which focuses on providing homeless teens and young adults with essential items such as clothing and hygiene kits. He is a long-time supporter of Lost and Found Youth Atlanta, an organization that facilitates counseling and other services for homeless young adults. He also volunteers with their 24-hour hotline that helps children find places to sleep and access to hot meals.

Other non-profit work includes volunteering at the Dr. Anise Mabry Foundation’s diploma program, Chris 180, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Backpack in the Park. Lastly, Hagler is a Toy Party volunteer for the Kid in All of Us organization.

Receiving this award is incredibly meaningful to me,” says Hagler, commenting on the accolade. “I was deeply affected when I started doing this work five years ago. You see people who are just looking for a little bit of compassion. Devoting some of my time to spreading warmth, love and hope is the least I can do, and I am humbled to have that work acknowledged by October Research and others in my field.”
